This notice briefly explains what personal data the tablebook.ee website collects and how we use it. We keep the amount of data we collect to a minimum. We use web analytics (Google Analytics) to improve the site; beyond that we do not track you.

Via forms: when you fill in the contact or demo form, we collect the name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and message you enter. Automatically: to keep the site secure and prevent spam, we record your IP address, approximate location and browser details when a form is submitted. For web statistics, see the "Cookies and analytics" section below.
We use form data only to respond to your enquiry and to contact you — the basis is the consent you give by submitting the form. We process server logs (IP, etc.) on the basis of legitimate interest, to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We keep data submitted via forms for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable follow-up, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a short time.
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Form data is forwarded to our team by e-mail. To determine approximate location, an IP lookup is made via ip-api.com. No data is given to any other third parties.
On your first visit we ask for consent in a banner at the bottom of the page, and analytics cookies are activated only after you choose “Accept”. We use the web-analytics tool Google Analytics 4 to see, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are viewed and where visitors come from). For this, Google sets cookies on your device and processes technical data — such as your IP address (truncated), device, browser and approximate location. The data is used for aggregate statistics, not to identify you personally; the processor is Google LLC (see Google's privacy policy). You can opt out via the Google opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We use no other tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted, and to withdraw your consent. If you believe we process data incorrectly, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
If the service or our use of data changes (for example, if analytics is added), we will update this notice and mark the new date above.
