Module 1 · Hotel
The hotel is the heart of the property — the guest journey starts here, and every charge they run up flows back here. The spa, restaurant and water park post their sales straight to the room folio.
The dashboard shows today's arrivals, departures, in-house guests and room status. The room calendar is the classic "wallpaper" — extend a booking or change a room simply by dragging.
The shift log passes information on to the next shift, wake-up calls sit in the task list, and the breakfast list is generated automatically from meal packages.
Each guest's charges accumulate on the folio, and rate plans keep pricing in order by season. Revenue analytics speak the hotel manager's language: RevPAR, TRevPAR, occupancy and revenue split.
Booking.com and other channels feed straight into the reservation list — together with the channel reference number.
Registration cards for foreign nationals (a tourism-law requirement) are completed during check-in and are always at hand.
The guest fills in their details before arrival via a secure link — on arrival all that's left is to hand over the key.
Check-out automatically marks the room as awaiting cleaning — the front desk and housekeeping are always in sync.
When the requested dates are full, the guest goes on the waitlist — and is notified when a room frees up.
Company invoices, credit notes and VAT summaries — accounting gets exactly what it needs.
We'll show you the hotel module on your own property — your room types, your rates, your processes.
