How much does TableBook cost?

The first year is completely free. After that, 59–109 € per month + VAT, depending on the size of your venue. Smaller venue, smaller price. For special needs (API, custom features, high traffic), pricing is agreed individually. You can also continue with a limited free version. Commission on reservations is 0% — always.

Do I have to set up the system myself?

No. Our team sets up your venue, creates user accounts, and guides you through getting started.

What devices do I need?

TableBook works in a web browser — desktop, tablet, and phone all work. Optimized for touch screens. No software installation needed.

Can guests book online themselves?

Soon! A booking widget you can add to your website is currently being tested. Guests will be able to book directly through your site and reservations will appear instantly in your system.

What languages does TableBook support?

The interface is available in Estonian, English, Russian, German, and Finnish. Guest notifications are multilingual too.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted and hosted on European servers. Access is IP-based and role-based.

How quickly can I get started?

Usually within 1-2 business days. Register, we'll contact you and set everything up.

What happens after the free trial year?

After the trial year, the standard plan price applies based on the size of your venue. If your usage is modest, you can continue with a limited free version — no one forces you to pay.

Can I manage multiple restaurants?

Yes. TableBook supports multiple locations under one account. Each restaurant gets its own floor plan, settings and team.

How do I get help if something goes wrong?
