For hotels · spas · water parks · restaurants

A whole spa hotel in one system.

Front desk, spa, restaurant, points of sale, water park and stock all talk to each other — you never enter anything twice.

In the morning the guest arrives at the hotel, at lunchtime they're having a massage, in the afternoon at the water park, in the evening at the restaurant — and it all comes together in one system as a single bill. TableBook was built by people who know both hotel work and IT development.

Seven modules. One whole.

Every part of your property talks to the others: guest, room, treatment, ticket and bill move between the modules by themselves — with no double entry. Click a module to see it in more detail.

Missing an integration you need? TableBook has an open REST API (key-based access, Swagger documentation) and open code — a new interface to your system can always be built on top.

Security and GDPR

Your guests' data is kept safe

Guests' personal data is a sensitive asset. In TableBook, data protection is built in, not bolted on.

Two-factor authentication

2FA (TOTP) for all users, role-based access (the front desk can't see finances, a cleaner sees only their own rooms) and IP restrictions.

GDPR tools

Export, pseudonymisation and deletion of a guest's data at the press of a button. Automatic anonymisation of old bookings and log clean-up.

Audit log

Every change is traceable — who, what and when. Login logs and security events are always available.

Automatic backups

Regular backups per tenant — data isn't lost even in the event of a failure.

Servers in the European Union

Data is encrypted and kept on European servers. Secrets (SMTP, API keys) are stored encrypted.

Transparent open code

Open code means you know exactly how data is handled — an independent audit is possible at any time.

An open solution

The code stays with you

We're not selling you rental dependency. We give the client the entire source code — you are free and independent.

You pay only for the work

Deployment, customisation to your property's needs and support — that's the whole price. There are no licence fees or per-user monthly charges.

After deployment the code is yours

Once deployment is complete, the entire source code belongs to you. You can develop it further with us, with your own team, or with whomever you wish.

Transparent and verifiable

Open code means you know exactly how your guests' data is kept and what the system does. No black boxes.

Licence: CPAL-1.0 — you may freely use, modify and develop TableBook. A visible attribution to the developer Visioline Infra OÜ must always remain. The source code is on GitHub — we welcome other developers' contributions to the shared solution too.

Frequently asked questions

What a spa hotel manager asks most often

What is TableBook?

TableBook is all-in-one management software for spa hotels, resorts and water parks. It brings the hotel front desk, spa treatments, restaurant table reservations, points of sale, water park tickets and wristbands, housekeeping and stock together in one system.

Who is TableBook for?

Spa hotels, resorts, water parks and accommodation providers that combine lodging, dining, a spa and/or a water park. The table reservations module also suits a standalone restaurant — see the table reservations page.

Which modules does TableBook have?

Seven modules: hotel (PMS), wellness (spa), POS, water park (tickets and wristbands), housekeeping, table reservations and stock. All modules work in one system and share data by themselves — with no double entry.

Does the source code belong to the client?

Yes. TableBook is an open solution — after deployment the entire source code belongs to the client. You can develop it further with us, with your own team, or with whomever you wish.

How much does TableBook cost?

There is no licence fee or per-user monthly charge. You pay only for deployment, customisation and support — the code belongs to the client.

What licence is TableBook under?

TableBook is open source under the CPAL-1.0 (Common Public Attribution License). You may freely use, modify and develop the code; a visible attribution to the developer Visioline Infra OÜ and the link visioline.ee must remain in every deployment, including when offered as a service.

Does TableBook run in the cloud?

Yes, TableBook is web-based and runs in the browser. Every screen — front desk, spa, points of sale, water park — updates in real time.

Which languages is TableBook in?

The user interface is in Estonian. Confirmation and reminder emails and receipts sent to guests are also available in English, Russian, German and Finnish.

Is TableBook compatible with Booking.com?

Yes. The hotel module supports OTA channels, including Booking.com, as well as online booking straight from your own website.

How quickly can we get started?

You can start with the table reservations module in 1–2 working days — we set everything up for you. For a full deployment (hotel, spa, points of sale, water park) we agree the schedule up front and roll it out module by module, so your day-to-day operations don't stop.

Who is behind TableBook?

TableBook is developed by the Estonian software company Visioline Infra OÜ together with hospitality practitioners. The source code is public on GitHub — that is a guarantee of quality and continuity: the code and data stay with you even if our paths should part.

How do I request a TableBook demo?

Write to [email protected] or call +372 504 9966. We'll show you TableBook using your own hotel as the example.

How we work

A clear path from demo to go-live

The switch doesn't have to be painful. We walk through the steps with you, migrate your data and train your staff — your work doesn't stop.

  1. 1

    Introduction and demo

We show TableBook using your own property as the example and listen to how your processes really work.

  2. 2

    Setup to fit you

Modules, points of sale, room types, treatments, users and roles — all tuned to your property.

  3. 3

    Data import

Existing bookings, rooms, products and guests are brought into the system — you don't start from scratch.

  4. 4

    Training

Staff are trained by role — front desk, waiting staff, therapists, cleaners, cashiers.

  5. 5

    Go-live

We launch the system together, stay alongside you and make sure the switch goes smoothly with no downtime.

  6. 6

    Ongoing support

Support in Estonian after go-live too. The code belongs to you — no lock-in, no dependency.

Shall we go through your needs together?

We'll show you TableBook using your own hotel as the example — rooms, spa, points of sale and water park set up exactly the way they really work for you.
